Event Photography Pricing

General event coverage - $275 per hr (2-hr min.)

Capture the magic of your special moments with professional event photography. Whether it's a corporate gathering, conference, or celebration, I specialize in documenting the key moments and emotions that make your event unforgettable. From candid shots to carefully framed portraits, my goal is to provide a visual story that reflects the essence and atmosphere of your occasion. Let me help preserve the memories of your event for years to come.

What's included:

Professional Photography Team:

  • One lead photographer, one assistant to ensure every moment is captured seamlessly.

Flexible Venue:

  • Photography coverage at the venue of your choice. For events located more than 50 miles outside the Washington, DC (DMV) area, additional fees & travel accommodations may apply. (Contact us for more details).

Private Online Gallery:

  • Private Online Gallery: Personalized, secure online gallery to view & share your event images.

Full Digital Collection:

  •  Receive all high-quality, professionally edited images from your event on a USB flash drive, along with a print release for personal use.

Custom Backdrops (Optional):

  •  Need a backdrop for your event? Backdrops and stands can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Event Photography

  1. Booking and Payment
     
    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
    • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
    • In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the full balance is still due.

  1. Event Coverage
     
    • The photography coverage includes up to 4 hours of photography, one photographer, and one assistant. Any additional hours will incur an extra fee.
    • Any changes to the event schedule or coverage should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply for extended coverage.

  1. Travel and Venue
     
    • The event must take place within the Washington, DC (DMV) area. For locations beyond 50 miles from Washington, DC, additional travel fees and accommodations may apply. Please inquire for specific rates.
    • Venue access and permits must be arranged by the client in advance to ensure the photographer can capture the event in its entirety.

  1. Image Delivery
     
    • All edited, high-resolution images will be provided via a private online gallery, with a USB flash drive containing the digital images sent to the client.
    • Clients will receive a print release for personal use, allowing for the printing and sharing of images. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without prior consent.
    • Raw, unedited images will not be provided under any circumstances.

  1. Copyright and Usage
     
    • The photographer retains full copyright to all images created during the event. Clients are granted a license to use the images for personal purposes, such as printing, social media sharing, and personal displays.
    • The photographer reserves the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If the client does not wish for their images to be used in this manner, they may opt out by submitting a request in writing.

  1. Backdrops and Equipment
     
    • Custom backdrops and stands are available upon request for an additional fee.
    • The photographer is not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions with the venue’s equipment, lighting, or any third-party services.

  1. Force Majeure
     
    • The photographer shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or health-related events.

  1. Liability and Insurance
     
    • The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss incurred during the event. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the photographer and their team.
    • It is recommended that clients obtain event insurance to cover potential risks or damages.

  1. Model Release
     
    • The client grants the photographer permission to take photographs during the event and use them for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and portfolio. If the client does not wish to grant this permission, they must inform the photographer in writing prior to the event.

  1. Client Responsibilities
     
    • The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions, permits, and arrangements are in place for the photographer to access the venue and photograph the event.
    • The client must ensure that there is a designated point of contact on the day of the event for coordination purposes.
