The Queens Legacy Session FAQs
The session includes up to 4 family members (typically 3–4 generations). Additional participants can be added for $25 per person.
You’ll receive a personalized wardrobe guide after booking to help coordinate your outfits for a classic and cohesive look.
The shoot will be outdoors at a venue selected by the photographer. We’ll help you decide what works best for your vibe and vision.
Sessions last approximately 45 minutes to allow for group shots, individual portraits, and a few candids in between.
Your edited gallery will be delivered within 1 weeks of your session, just in time for Mother's Day. Rush edits are available for an additional fee.
Due to the limited-time nature of this special, reschedules are not allowed. We recommend booking only if you're sure you can commit to the date. Thank you for understanding—this helps us honor the time and value of this exclusive offer!
Yes, absolutely! Prints, albums, and wall art are available for purchase separately. You'll receive access to a professional gallery where you can order high-quality products at cost.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the limited nature of this special, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Please be sure you're ready to commit before booking.

Generations Portrait Session
Terms & Conditions
By booking a Generations Portrait Session with Erica Banner Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Session Fee & Payment
- A non-refundable session fee of $299 is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
- This fee includes the session experience, image editing, and delivery of digital files as outlined in the session package.
- Payment plans may be available upon request. The full balance must be paid before the session date.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Due to the limited nature of this special, rescheduling is not permitted. Please book only if you are confident in your availability.
- Cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Arrival & Tardiness
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for final touches and settling in.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited depending on the schedule. No refunds or reschedules will be granted.
4. Image Delivery
- You will receive a private online gallery with 5 edited high-resolution images within 6 business days of your session.
- Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
5. Print & Product Orders
- Prints, albums, and wall art are available for purchase at cost through your online gallery.
- Orders must be placed directly through the gallery to ensure the highest quality. Erica Banner Photography is not responsible for products printed elsewhere.
6. Usage Rights & Model Release
- Erica Banner Photography retains the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
- Clients receive personal-use rights to the final digital images. Images may not be edited, altered, or used commercially without written consent.
7. Studio Etiquette & Behavior
- Please treat the session space and team with respect. Any inappropriate behavior or damage to property may result in termination of the session without refund.
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
- If the session is scheduled outdoors and weather conditions are unfavorable, we may offer a studio alternative or a reschedule at the photographer’s discretion.
- In the rare case of a photographer emergency or studio closure, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
