Terms and Conditions for $199 Headshot Special

• Offer Validity:
  • This special offer is valid for bookings made between January 15 and February 15.
  • All sessions must be scheduled and completed by March 1, 2025.
• Booking  Requirements:

· A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

· Appointments are subject to availability.

• Session  Details:

· The $199 special includes a 20-minute photo session and one retouched high-resolution image. Additional images can be purchased for an additional fee ($7 each for basic edited images, $35 each for retouched images).

· Sessions are held at the studio location unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling:

· Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the retainer.

· Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

• Image Delivery:

· Clients will receive their selected edited image within 2 days of the session.

· Additional retouching requests beyond the standard editing will incur additional fees.

• Usage  Rights:

· Erica Banner Photography retains the copyright to all images.

· Clients receive a usage license for personal and professional purposes such as LinkedIn, business websites, and portfolios. Commercial usage requires prior approval.

• Additional Costs:

· Any additional services, products, or images beyond what is included in the special will incur separate fees.

• Liability:

· Erica Banner Photography is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances.
